You can always suggest your business or service to be listed on our platform. You must request it through the Local Secret suggestion form in our APP, a responsible will examine your proposal and if it exceeds our quality standards and meets our requirements to be published on the platform, we will proceed to list it.
I want to be a Local Ambassador
Local mentors are responsible for the care and maintenance of local recommendations, they are our local partners who guarantee that all local information on our platform is of quality and respects our security and quality protocols.
My city is not listed, how can I suggest that it be listed?
We do not list cities where we do not have a local mentor or responsible for the platform and its authenticity. If you want your city to be listed, you can take the initiative and offer to collaborate or help us to find a local responsible person to take the responsibility.
I want to share a local secret of my city and it is not listed.
Send us a suggestion through the APP and we will examine it. In less than 72 h you will have an answer, if your local secret is accepted and you want to become a Local Guider, you can apply to be qualified as a Local Guide, you only have to tell us two more secrets of your city and the title is yours.
I want to report a fraud or something that is really wrong.
We always appreciate our users who use our services and information to report any anomaly. Your suggestion or complaint will be studied and we will take action within 48 hours. You can submit a complaint or comment in the Feedack section of this website.
