People usually eat breakfast around 7-9 AM, lunch from 12-2 PM, and dinner after 7 PM. Shops and offices generally operate from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with some restaurants and bars open late into the night. Tipping is customary, and a 15-20% tip is standard in restaurants.
